Rental Fee Policy

A breakdown of additional fees applied for equipment returned late, damaged/dirty, etc.


Late Fee

$10/business day
(up to 5 days)

A late fee of $10 will be charged for each business day the equipment is not returned past the due date, up to a maximum of 5 business days. After the fifth late day, the renter will be responsible for the full replacement cost of the item. Late fees are not reversible.

Replacement Fee

Varies by device

If equipment is lost, stolen, or not returned within 5 business days of the due date, the renter will be charged a replacement fee for the device and any accessories included. See the “Replacement Fees” section for itemized costs. Replacement fees are final 30 days after the rental due date.

Administrative Fee

$25

Rentals returned without a valid renter signature may be subject to a $25 administrative fee. Failure to provide a signed agreement within 5 business days of the rental return may result in this fee being applied.

Device Cleaning Fee

$25

A $25 cleaning fee will be charged if equipment is returned in excessively dirty or unhygienic condition. This includes the presence of strong odors such as cigarette smoke and other substances.
