Wednesday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm,  1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Thursday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm,  1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Friday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm,  1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Place an equipment reservation, schedule a return, or pay a fee.

Requirements


  • Must be an active student of NMSU Main Campus or DACC.
  • Student renters must provide a valid Aggie ID and class schedule for the current semester.

Rental Processes:


  1. Equipment reservations are available online and in-person at the Equipment Rental Program Office. You can schedule an appointment through the online reservation form for your preferred date and time.
  2. Equipment is rented on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is not guaranteed at any time.
  3. Customers cannot check out equipment in place of others.
  4. Equipment is to be used for academic purposes only. Equipment is not meant for personal use or ownership.
  5. Customers are strongly advised to save and back up all data and files to a cloud-based storage service or an external storage device.
  1. All equipment must be returned in-person by the renter at the Equipment Rental Program Office on or before the agreed due date.
  2. Equipment returned by someone other than the renter will not be considered complete until the renter signs and returns the final agreement. Failure to submit a signature within 5 business days may result in a $25 administrative fee.
