Dropbox is a cloud-based storage platform that allows users to store and share files. It allows you to store your documents, presentations, and other files securely and access them from anywhere. You can share files or folders with colleagues in just a few clicks, enabling seamless collaboration and real-time updates. Faculty/Staff

• Both Faculty and Staff are eligible for both account types (EDU and ADV).
  
• EDU offers 100GB’s worth of storage
• ADV offers unlimited storage.

Students

Student’s aren’t eligible for either Dropbox option (EDU or ADV)

**EXCEPTION**

Student Aide/Assistants qualify for both account types, but the faculty they report under must request access.
